We work with attorneys to get clients' estate plans. While attorneys execute the important legal considerations of the client, we are doing the accounting work for Form 706 and Form 709; additionally, we are assisting the attorney's with the testamentary and/or marital trust fund.

We review estate plans for INCOME and ESTATE tax ramifications. Many estate plans do a great job avoiding estate tax, however numerous INCOME tax implications, may have been forgotten.

Many experts claim the next major malpractice area for attorneys and CPAs will be gift tax returns. We work with attorneys to ensure this doesn’t happen.

We “wrote the book” on Form 706. Well actually we wrote six on-line modules for CCH on the Form 706 preparation. This opportunity came after completing four technical reviews of CCHs books on estate planning, Form 706 preparation, and Form 1041 preparation.
