We prefer to have copies of these items. If you do not have easy access to a copier, we are willing to keep the originals for copying, and then return them to you.

  1. 3 years of past tax returns
  2. Current year’s income statement and balance sheet – most current available
  3. If you are using Quickbooks – a current backup of your data
  4. Current copy of your paycheck
  5. List of the estimated payments made year to date to both the IRS and the Arizona Department of Revenue
  6. Payroll reports for all lapsed quarters
  7. List of any loans made to business
  8. Credit card statements – if used for business
  9. Year-to-date sales tax reports
  10. Client Information Form – fill-out and print.
  11. Articles of Incorporation or Organization
  12. If a LLC or Partnership – operating agreement.
